Poker named as sport in Lithuania.
Poker has strangely now been listed as a
sport in Lithuania and was even passed by
the Governments Sporting ministers.
The fact that such a country has listed poker
as a sport will be of delight to many whom
still believe poker to be a skill game and
are unable to play in certain states of the
United States. Although when defining sport
poker comes no where close to falling into
the catergory it can only be seen as a positive
step for poker players in Lithuania and perhaps
more importantly worldwide.
